JDM Engines for Sale — Imported Directly from Japan

This is our full catalog of JDM engines: low-mileage Japanese-market engines for Honda, Acura, Toyota, Lexus, Subaru, Nissan, Infiniti, Mazda and Mitsubishi. We import them ourselves, we store them at our own warehouse in Valley Stream, New York, and we ship them out of there. There is no middleman between the container and your shop.

🏎 WHY A JDM ENGINE INSTEAD OF A DOMESTIC USED ENGINE

Japan retires vehicles early. Shaken inspection costs rise steeply with a car's age, so cars there get taken off the road at mileage an American car would consider broken in. That is the whole reason this market exists.

  • Most of our engines land between 40,000 and 70,000 miles, depending on the code.
  • They were maintained on Japan's service intervals, on Japanese fuel, in a climate without road salt.
  • A domestic used engine of the same model year is commonly past 120,000 miles.

Mileage is an estimate based on the donor vehicle, not an odometer reading. These engines are pulled from cars in Japan, so there is no title or odometer to verify against. We tell you the range honestly instead of printing a number we cannot prove.

📦 WHAT YOU ACTUALLY RECEIVE

What you buy is the long block assembly, as it came out of the donor car. Intake manifold, alternator, coil packs, spark plugs and some sensors are usually still attached, but external accessories vary unit to unit and are not guaranteed.

  • Anything attached that is not the long block is a bonus, not part of the sale.
  • Need a specific accessory included? Confirm it with us by phone before you order. Only what we confirm counts.
  • Engines are not rebuilt or remanufactured. They are used, inspected, low-mileage imports sold as they came.

⚠ BEFORE YOU INSTALL
Replace every wear item before the engine goes in — timing components, valve cover and cover gaskets, water pump, thermostat, spark plugs, belts and seals. The engine is mechanically sound; the rubber and the gaskets are as old as the engine is. Most of the comebacks we hear about trace to a part nobody replaced.

WARRANTY

Our engines carry a 30-day warranty. The one exception is Mazda rotary engines (13B and family), which are sold as-is with no warranty — rotary condition cannot be judged without a compression test on a running car, so we do not pretend otherwise.

SHIPPING

Engines go by LTL freight, not parcel. Shipping is quoted separately from the price of the engine and is calculated at checkout from weight and destination. Liftgate service is always included, so you do not need a loading dock.

  • Delivering to a shop or business: nothing extra to add.
  • Delivering to a house: add the $80 Residential Delivery Fee to your cart along with the engine. That covers residential delivery and the liftgate.
  • Local pickup at our Valley Stream warehouse: no shipping cost.

We ship anywhere in the continental United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or anywhere off the mainland.

This is the part worth a phone call. Engine codes change mid-generation, and two cars that look identical can take different blocks. Give us the year, model, trim and VIN and we will tell you which code fits before you spend money on the wrong one.
