The K24A engine was introduced in 2002, with the Honda CR-V. It comes in a couple of variants (K24A1, K24A2, K24A3, K24A4, K24A8), each for a different model. The K24A1 has a compression ratio of 9.6:1, and produces 160hp (119KW) @ 6000 RPM. The available torque is 162 lb⋅ft @ 3600 RPM. It comes with an RAA intake manifold. The arguably most popular variant of the engine is the K24A2, which was used in the 2002-2008 Accord Type-S, as well as both the 2004-2005 and 2006-2008 Acura TSX.
