Yes — this engine is a direct-fit replacement for the 2004–2008 Acura TSX. The K24A with RBB head is the OEM specification for those vehicles. We strongly recommend confirming fitment with your mechanic before ordering, especially if your TSX has any non-stock modifications.
The RBB (3-lobe cam) head is the high-compression variant of Honda's K24A engine — the same specification used in the JDM Acura TSX Type-S and Honda Odyssey Absolute. It produces 200HP vs the ~160HP of standard K24A variants. The 3-lobe cam profile enables higher compression ratios and peak VTEC performance. This is the engine K-swap builders specifically seek out.
All our engines are sourced directly from Japan, where strict vehicle inspection laws (Shaken) incentivize low mileage and proper maintenance. We compression test every engine before it ships and can provide those results upon request. If a unit doesn't pass our inspection, it doesn't go out.

We ship nationwide via freight carrier from our Valley Stream, NY warehouse. Estimated delivery is 2–10 business days.
